Junior Dev
SKP is a lightweight, laid back, red-tape cutting, consulting group that focuses on building value for customers using Web 2.0 technologies. Many of our clients are small business owners looking to disrupt their industries by building MVPs or expanding on what they already have. This gives SKP members a chance to gain a wide breadth of experience and responsibility, in places normally not accessible to junior developers.

We try to consolidate the technologies we use but given today’s expansive software options, it’s almost impossible to draw a hard line around technologies.
That said, here are some of our favorites:

Candidate Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Stable accessibility
- Proven ability to produce quality software
- Picks up new technologies quickly
- Good communication skills
- Receptive to senior developer feedback
- Personal Computer (preferably Mac)
- Internet connection
Nice to have:
- Experience with Git or other version control systems/processes
- MVC framework experience
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with build technologies like Webpack
- Familiarity with native mobile languages (Swift/JAVA)
- Cross-platform development experience
- Leadership qualities
- Lots of free time
We don’t have office space (yet); this position is 100% remote and part-time (with the ability to become full-time in the future) – pay is based on experience.
